The Pinoli TV stars say things are settling down to a normal routine after “a crazy week” preparing for the Country Calendar programme. Zoe says the response to the programme was amazing and they were so happy to have footage of our market day aired.

We are so fortunate to have them at the market. As Zoe says, “we faced demand outstripping supply once again, hence the late start to the season”. They have now completed their first processing run of the season and are in full supply again.

Please give them a warm welcome on Sunday.

Last week was a market-first with the vegetarian butcher. Maria sells vegan small goods. She makes salami, sausages, pastrami, steaks, burgers, falafels. She makes gluten free products and some also from seitan, a wheat protein.  You will see Maria fortnightly.

In the next few weeks we will have more exciting developments for you, growing the stall holder llist and the variety for you.

Please read on for more news and for Sunday’s brunch menu.

See you Sunday, 9 til noon, rain or shine
