Snail House Bakery

Hi Bread friends!

I heard from council today that I’m good to go! Just had to make sure and sort out the nitty gritty details. So I’m fairly new to the contactless delivery and online payment thing.

A German sourdough rye bread would be $10 with delivery and a  country loaf $8,- in the Blenheim area.

I might extend the range later on. You can make suggestions of what you are craving.

And please tell me what and how many you want on messenger or text your order to ph. 021 0235 1921. I will send you my account number. Then you send a copy of your payment back to this messenger or via text. I’ll get a few orders together and let you know when I can deliver. It will be very soon I promise.

I need your name and address. You could place a box to put the bread into somewhere near your entrance.

Please be patient with me….I’m only a market lady…This is exciting!!xx

Mississippi Herbs

I am selling padron peppers through Williams Green Grocer. However, it is nearing the end of the season so could only give them 2kg to sell this week. Maybe one more pick so if you want padrons you will have to be quick.

Natural Microgreens

I am so delighted to pick tender baby greens, with baby kale, baby orach (a type of spinach), minors lettuce and baby swiss chard, with a few wild flowers for extra colour and fun. $3 per bag. It makes an extra pretty salad to delight any mum on mothers day.

The microgreen wellness mix next week includes fresh nutty sunflower shoots, pea shoots, kale, red cabbage and broccoli. Maybe some fun snoodles and yellow peas. $6. New season Crack your own walnuts $6, and limited herb bunches of Mint, Parsley or Rosemary $2.

Contactless delivery Monday to Blenheim and Renwick, and Thursdays to Blenheim and Grovetown. Call or text 021 910522 or direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

SharpAs tips

There has been good growth on hedges and climbers over the past month and now is a good time to get the growth under control before the bad weather sets in. It’s always best to prune and trim in good weather, there is always potential for disease infection if you prune in wet weather.

Keeping all your tools sharp is also critical for clean cuts that help quick healing and disease prevention.

SharpAs is offering a pickup and delivery service for your tools knives, or anything that needs sharpening. Contact 0274445535 of 03 5725026. We ae also here for you if you need gardening service [Simply Gardening]

Cheers  Ron SharpAS
