The Sausage Press Deli Co.
This sunday will be the second of their monthly visits to the Marlborough Farmers market. The Sausage Press Deli Co. look forward to supplying Blenheim with their beautiful charcuterie and small goods, all made among the artisans on Neudorf Road near Nelson. They are particular about what they use to manufacture their goods, selecting New Zealand free range pork and guarantee there are no artificial preservatives and fillers in their products. Made in small batches, their smoked meats, bacon and sausages are often slightly different, and their Salami biersticks are designed to dry as they age. Check out their stall this Sunday to learn more about what they have to offer!
