Before moving to Marlborough Margaret was owner / operator of a delicatessen / outcatering business in Auckland for 8 years.
She was Contract Caterer on the T.S.S. Earnslaw steam ship on Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown for 10 years. Contract caterer for The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Conference Centre in Remuera Auckland. Caterer At The Aotea Centre in Auckland.
Margaret owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast in Queenstown for 18 years and was also President of Southland /Otago branch of the New Zealand Master Chefs association.
